 Base ice cake in Vanilla Perfect finish icing with an EZ ice tip.

 Pipe scalloped top and bottom borders in Lavender colored Bettercreme icing with #104 rose tip. Followed up with a beaded border on top of the scalloped border as shown with a #8 round tip in Pink Bettercreme icing.

 Pipe the letters MOM in alternating Pink and Lavender colored Bettercreme with an open coupler.

 Outline the letters MOM in Yellow colored Bettercreme icing with #3 round tip.

 Pipe dots with #3 round tip using Yellow and Lavender colored Bettercreme icing.
