Try this Gouda Turkey recipe with any of the Our Specialty flatbreads
1 Each | Our Specialty White Sandwich Flats (18/16.5) |

1.5 oz | Currant Jelly |
5 oz | Turkey, Sliced |
8 Slice | Apple |
4 Slice | Bacon, Crumbled |
3 oz | Gouda, Shredded |
Can also use sliced Gouda cheese to top

Lay the White Sandwich Flat out and spread the Currant jelly on both sides of the bread |

Layer the sliced turkey on both sides of the bread and top that with the apple slices |

Crumble 4 strips of bacon and sprinkle over both sides of the sandwich |

Evenly distribute the Gouda on both sides and heat in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts and the sandwich is hot |
