Ingredients

1 Each Our Specialty White Sandwich Flats (18/16.5)
1.5 oz Currant Jelly
5 oz Turkey, Sliced
8 Slice Apple
4 Slice Bacon, Crumbled
3 oz Gouda, Shredded

Chef Notes

Can also use sliced Gouda cheese to top

Directions

Lay the White Sandwich Flat out and spread the Currant jelly on both sides of the bread

Layer the sliced turkey on both sides of the bread and top that with the apple slices

Crumble 4 strips of bacon and sprinkle over both sides of the sandwich

Evenly distribute the Gouda on both sides and heat in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts and the sandwich is hot

Split in two and share….or not!
