1 Item 9oz Package Seapak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
1/2 C Reduced-fat Mayonnaise
Salt And Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
1/2 C Reduced-fat Sour Cream
1/4 C Fresh Cilantro Leaves
4 Item Basil Leaves
1 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Pinch Ground Cumin
Salt And Pepper


Prepare shrimp according to package directions and keep warm.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, basil, vinegar, and cumin. Pulse until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste and pulse again. Garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired, and serve alongside warm shrimp for dipping. Makes: about 1 cup dipping sauce
