0.9 oz Mortadella
0.6 oz Black Forest Ham, Sliced
0.2 oz Genoa Salami
2 fl.oz. New Orleans Olive Spread
0.6 oz Capicola
0.5 oz Provolone Cheese

Chef Notes

Traditional Muffaletta Olive Spread: 2 pcs celery diced, 1/3 cup brine from, olives, 1-Tsp. garlic minced, 1 (8-oz) jar marinated cocktail onions, drained, 2 Tbsp. capers chopped (optional), 1 Tbsp oregano, 1/3-cup red wine vinegar, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 (44-oz) large jar olives stuffed with pimentos, drained, Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Place the olive spread onto bottom portion of Flatbread.

Top with salami, ham, mortadella, capocola and cheese.

Fold flatbread onto the cheese.

Place onto Panini grill approximately 3 minutes or into a 400F oven for 5 minutes. (if placing into oven heat open face, fold once removed from oven)
