THAW REFRIGERATED FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE USING SHAKE WELL BEFORE POURING INTO COOL BOWL. WHIP USING WIRE WHIP ON MEDIUM SPEED. FOR BEST RESULTS, WHIP AT 45 - 50 F UNTIL DESIRED FIRMNESS IS ACHIEVED.
