1 C Culinary Solutions Premium Custard Base Liquid, 12 32-oz Cartons (#03869)
1/2 C Peppermint Schnapps
On Top® Soft Whip Pourable Topping, 12 1.19-lb Cartons
Crushed Candy Canes For Garnish

Directions

Mix red velvet pudding mix, ¾ C milk, custard base and rumchata in a small bowl until well blended.

In another bowl, mix Premium Custard Base and peppermint schnapps until well blended.

Refrigerate pudding mixes for 10 minutes.

Divide red velvet pudding mixture into individual serving shot glasses.

Top each glass with the white peppermint custard mixture.

Top with On Top® Soft Whip.

Garnish with crushed candy canes. Serve.
