Ingredients

3 C Crushed Ice
1.5 C Piña Colada Mix
2.25 C Frozen Strawberries
1.5 C Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
1 tsp. Rum Extract
On Top® Soft Whip Pourable Topping Naturally Flavored Sweet Cream

Directions

Add ice and piña colada mix to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth. Pour into a jug or container, store in the freezer.

Rinse the blender thoroughly. Add frozen strawberries and strawberry daiquiri mix to blender. Blend until smooth.

Stir rum extract into the piña colada mixture.

Pour piña colada mixture into the bottom half of a serving glass (divide mixture between two glasses).

Add the strawberry daiquiri mix to each glass, on top of the piña colada mixture.

Top with a layer of On Top Soft Whip.

Garnish with a lime slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
