Gluten-free 7'' X 9'' Detroit-style Pizza Crust (#20981)
8 oz Pepperoni, Cut Into Tiny Pieces And Fried
8 oz Creme Fraiche
2 tbsp. Ranch Dressing
2 Large Dill Pickles, Cut Into Thin Rounds
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella, Cut Into Small Cubes
1 tbsp. Garlic
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Dill And Parsley, For Garnishing

Preheat oven to 425ºF

Take the dough from the freezer and place into a Detroit style pan

Mix the creme fraiche, ranch dressing and garlic together and spread over the dough

Top the pizza with the mozzarella cheese cubes

Spread pickle slices around the cheese

Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating the pan a few times to make sure it browns evenly

Remove and top with the pepperoni, more ranch dressing and garnishes. Serve
