1 Each 12” X 5” Parbaked Rustic Oval Flatbread (#13162)
1/4 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Sauteed Mushrooms And Onions (seasoned To Taste)
2 Slice Canadian Bacon Diced
1/3 C Smoked Gouda (shredded)
Chopped Parsley (fresh)

Directions

Spread the sour cream (or Crème Fresh if available) onto the flatbread.

Add the sautéed onions and mushrooms and diced Canadian bacon.

Evenly apply the shredded Gouda and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Garnish with parsley.
