2 oz | Swiss Cheese |
1 oz | Sauteed Onions |
2 oz | Sliced Smokey Ham |
1 Each | Extra Large Egg |
Chopped Fresh Chives To Garnish |

Place Rich’s Flatilla on flat grill to warm. |

Layer cheese, sautéed onion, and ham on flatilla in that order. |

Grill until cheese is melted, and ingredients are warm. |

Fry egg sunny side up. |

Fold Flatilla to form a square, and then top with egg. |

Sprinkle with chopped chives to garnish. |
