3.5 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Mint Chocolate Chip Naturally Flavored
4.8 oz 1/2 Sheet Chocolate Cake Layer Naturally & Artificially Flavored (#03277)
.2 oz Chocolate Chips

Directions

Cut a chocolate half sheet cake into 12 pieces.

Split each cake piece in half, horizontally, separate the layers. Place bottom layer into a container.

Using a bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe Mint Chip Bettercreme onto bottom layer

Place other layer on top and using the same bag, pipe Mint Chip Bettercreme, in a shell border pattern on top

Garnish by sprinkling a few mini chocolate chips on top of cake.
