2.5 oz Bettercreme® S'mores, 10-lb Pail
5 oz Allen® 1/2 Sheet Chocolate Cake Layer Naturally & Artificially Flavored (#03277)
.25 oz Mini Marshmallows
.25 oz Teddy Grahams (honey Flavor)
.25 oz Chocolate Pieces

Directions

Cut a chocolate half sheet cake into 12 pieces.

Place each cake into bottom of container.

Using a number 22 star tip and S'mores icing pipe swirls on the diagonal on top of cake.

Garnish by placing chocolate pieces, mini marshmallows, graham cracker bears on top.

Finish by drizzling classic chocolate icing over top of garnish.
