 Gather all ingredients & packaging needed. 6 cookies are needed in total to create this item (Chocolate Chip, Sugar & Double Chocolate ) You can alter the cookie flavors and Bettercreme to suit your needs

 Assorted Bettercreme’s used are PF Vanilla & Chocolate & Lemon. Fill piping bag with assorted bettercreme’s, pipe a small rosette on 3 of the cookie disks ( Chocolate Chip, Sugar, & Double Chocolate ) sandwich each with remaining cookie disk, squish down the top cookie disk ever so slightly to gently allow Bettercreme filling to show from the sides. Roll into assorted toppings. (Toppings used where Pastel Quins, Non-Parels Butterfinger pieces & toasted coconut.)
