Cut half sheet cake into 6 pieces, 2 x 3 |

Split each piece in half |

Place one split layer in a dome base |

Using a bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe Lemon icing in shell pattern onto bottom layer |

Place other half layer on top and pipe a large lemon shell border on the outer edge |
