Directions

 Bake our Thin & Crispy cookies until lightly brown. Allow to cool.

 Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt (vanilla or chocolate is recommended) in between two Thin & Crispy cookies.

 Place in freezer for 30-minutes to solidify the sandwich.
