1/4 C On Top Soft Whip Pourable Topping Naturally Flavored Sweet Cream, 12 1.19-lb Cartons
3 Limes, Cut Into Quarters
1/2 C Ice
1/2 C Water
1.5 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

 Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth
