On Top® Soft Whip Pourable Topping Naturally Flavoured Sweet Cream (#21270)
1/2 Lime
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 C Club Soda
1 C Ice
10 Fresh Mint Leaves, Plus More For Garnish

Directions

 Add mint leaves and 1 lime wedge to a glass, using a muddler to crush the lime and mint.

 Add 2 more lime wedges and sugar and muddle again.

 Fill the glass with ice, add club soda and sugar, if desired.

 Top with a layer of On Top Soft Whip.

 Garnish with mint leaves and remaining lime wedge. Serve.
