Bettercreme® is a whipped icing with a sweet taste and light, fluffy texture. Available in a variety of flavours and colours, Rich’s Bettercreme has been a decorating staple in bakeries and commercial kitchens since 1978.

Bettercreme® should be kept frozen until ready to use. Product storage and handling varies by product; specific instructions can be found on individual product pages beneath “Storage.” Once applied, most Bettercreme icings can be refrigerated for up to 7 days. Prepared desserts can be left in ambient storage for up to 5 days.
