16 Allen® Uniced Yellow Cupcake, 144 1.15-oz Cupcakes
Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail

Directions

 Place 16 cupcakes on cake board in the shape of a dress then secure cupcakes down with a dab of icing under cupcake.

 Ice each cupcake with #827 cupcake tip with Vanilla Perfect Finish Bettercreme Icing

 Pipe a belt on dress with #897 basket weave tip with smooth side up.

 Feel free to add special touch by airbrushing pearl airbrush color all over. Or use a colored Bettercreme icing to give it some color.
